Xanthomatosis on digital fingers: a case report

Abstract: A 41-year-old male presented with 6-month history of a tender swelling yellow plaque successively involved in two hands. Histology revealed foamy macrophages being mass related. Immunohistochemical showed positive for CD68 and negative for S100. He was treated with statin drugs to reduce blood fat and no recurrence during 8-month follow up.
