Abstract: A 18-year-old female presented with a skin-coloured nodule on the neck for more than 10 years. Histopathological examination showed a well-circumscribed nodule surrounded by a fifibrous capsule. The dermal nodule mainly consisted of mature hyaline chondrocytes. Based on the clinical and histological features, the diagnosis of chondroma cutis was made.
