Duplizumab combined with antibiotics in the treatment of cutaneous granulomatosis

Abstract: Cutaneous granulomatosis is clinically common. If the pathogenic bacteria is identified, the treatment will simple. The patients whose pathogenic factors cannot be identified, the efficacy of the medication is poor, which leads to repeated visits to the doctor and seriously affects the quality of life of the patients. We reported a case of complicated infectious granulomatosis in this paper with infection bacteria unidentified. After consulting the relevant literature, duplizumab combined with traditional anti-infective drugs was given. After 3 weeks of treatment, the lesions were significantly improved, and after 4 months, the most of the lesions subsided.
