Abstract: Treatment of spinal surgery is difficult, we report a case successfully treated by mesh skin graft and vacuum sealing drainage. This case suggests that mesh skin grafting may be more conducive to the recovery of hidradenitis suppurativa, which provides a new surgical method for the treatment of this disease.
