Abstract: We report a case of segmental stiff skin syndrome. A 14-year-old man attended our clinic with a 6-year history of the skin induration on his abdomen. Histological examination  revealed broadened and elongated collagen fibrils in deep dermis, increased fibrocytes, clusters of lipocytes, thickening collagen fibrils in superficial fascia, alcian blue staining was negative.
