Abstract: Otomycosis could affect the surrounding skin tissue, cause superficial skin fungal infection, and induce eczema-like lesions. We report two cases of otomycosis and dermomycosis. The patient first visited to otolaryngology and a large amount of foul white/light yellow mildew crusts, villous hyphae and cheese-like secretions were found under otoendoscopy, various mycelium structures were observed by fluorescence staining. Then the patients visited to the department of dermatology, physical examination showed dissociated white scales, erythema, serous scabs and eczema-like changes. Ripple silver-white scales, follicle pustules, and dotted vessels were found under dermoscope. Aspergillus was identified under microscopic.
