Orange color pigmented spot on the sole caused by stink bug: a case report

Abstract: A 2-year-old boy presented with an orange patch on the right sole was found for 2 days. Feedback from family members: stink bug are seen in the home. Dermoscopy: Orange pigment on the surface of the plantar skin was calm, with fused intermediate pigments and peripheral pigments distributed along the cutaneous ridge. Th diagnosis of orange pigment spot on sole of foot caused by stink bug was made. Alcohol washing was ineffective, and the stains gradually disappeared after two weeks of follow-up.
