Abstract: A 58-year-old female presented with systemic persistent itch plaques associated with fever for 20 days. With higer serum ferritin levels, the results of blood routine showed that the number of white blood cells and Neutrophils increased, abnormal liver function and splenomegaly. Pathology showed a few dyskeratosis cells in the upper stratum spinous, and lymphocytes and eosinophils infiltrated around blood vessels in the superficial dermis. The diagnosis of adult Still's disease was made. Glucocorticoid and methotrexate were given, and the condition improved.
