Abstract: A 76-year-old male presented with erythema and swelling on his face for 1 year. Physical examination showed symmetrical and diffuse erythema and non-concave edema on the middle and upper face, and the boundary of skin lesions was unclear. Pathology showed that the epidermis was basically normal, with inflammatory cell infiltration dominated by perivascular lymphocytes in the superficial dermis. The diagnosis of Morbihan disease was made according to the clinical and histopathological findings and the patient is still under long-term follow-up.
