Abstract: A 54-year-old male presented with a mass on the navel for 3 days. The patient was diagnosed with gastric cancer one year ago and underwent subtotal gastrectomy-jejunostomy. Pathological showed invasive or poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, partly signet ring cell carcinoma. By combining the pathological analysis, the immunohistochemistry results and the medical history of the patient, we could draw a conclusion that the umbilical nodule spread from the stomach.
