Abstract: Clear cell renal cell carcinoma has strong invasion and metastasis, skin metastasis is rare. We report an elderly male patient with subcutaneous nodules in the right quadrocostal region for more than 4 months. Histopathologic examination combined with immunohistochemistry showed cell renal cell carcinoma consistent with metastasis. Multiple metastases were detected after the examination, and radical resection was performed. Targeted drugs were taken regularly after operation, the patient was still followed up.
