Acute generalized ex-anthematous pustulosis caused by safflower yellow pigment: a case report

Abstract: The cases of AGEP caused by Chinese medicines had been reported in the past 10 years, among which promoting circulation and removing stasis, clearing heat and detoxification were the most common drugs, and the incidence of adverse reactions was the highest in the skin and its appendages. We report a 64-year-old female patient with systemic AGEP after 5 days of intravenous infusion of safflower yellow hormone in this paper.
