Cellulitis-like Sweet syndrome: a case report

Abstract: Cellulist-like Sweet's syndrome closely resembles cellulitis, often occurs in obese patients, and is characterized by an acute onset of large erythema, fever, and leukocytosis with predominantly neutrophils. We report a case of cellulitis-like Sweet syndrome, and the patient was given oral methylprednsiolone and topical halometasone, the lesions gradually subsided after one week.
