A case of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma presented with DRESS syndrome

Abstract: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is a subtype of peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL). It accounts for 1% to 2% of all non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) cases. In some cases, the diagnosis of AITL is difficult to differentiate from DRESS syndrome. Herein, we report an elderly female patient who presented with skin manifestations similar to DRESS syndrome.
