Green nail syndrome successfully treated with topical levofloxacin: a case report

Abstract: A 63-year-old male presented with an asymptomatic greenish discoloration of the nail plate of the thumbs of both hands for 6 months. The bacterial culture result was Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The patient was treated with topical levofloxacin according to the drug sensitivity test, and recovered 3 months after treatment.
