Systemic lupus erythematosus with livedo reticularis as the first clinical manifestation: a case report

Abstract: Cutaneous vasculitis is a common lesion of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and livedo reticularis is rare. We report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with livedo reticularis as the first clinical manifestation. Livedo reticularis occurred in the lower limbs of the patient 4 years ago which was not paid attention to, leading to the delay of the disease.
