Abstract: Fibrous hamartoma in infants is a rare benign tumor of superficial soft tissue. We report a 7-day-old female infant with fibrous hamartoma.. After birth, the infant was found that there were many plaques on the right leg from the groin to the knee joint, which was tough, without pain and itching, and the surface hair grew. The diagnosis of fibrous hamartmoma of infancy was made according the pathological and immunohistochemical features.
