Abstract: Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is a rare benign neoplastic lesion, which is easily misdiagnosed. We reported a 55-year-old female patient with left occipital scalp neoplasm accompanied by pruritus for more than half a year. Pathological examination of skin lesions showed that the epidermis was generally normal. Dermal vascular endothelial cells proliferated, and the nuclei protruded toward the lumen, in the shape of tombstones. A large number of lymphocytes and eosinophils were infiltrated around the canal. Surgical resection was performed.
