Abstract: Disseminated cutaneous tophi is related to hyperuricemia. In this paper a patient dignosed as disseminated cutaneous tophi was reported. A 45-year-old man presented with multiple nodules on the limbs and trunk for 3 years and ulcers on both lower limbs for half a year. The uric acid was 588 μmol/L, and the pathological features were incorrdance with gouty nodules. The patient was diagnosed with disseminated cutaneous tophi and treated with febuxostat 20 mg/d and strict diet control. One month later, the blood uric acid level decreased to 455 μmol/L, the nodules had become smaller, and some ulcers were healed.
