Abstract: In recent 10 years, neurosyphilis has become more and more common. Mental symptom is the first symptom in many patients with neurosyphilis, but these manifestations always are lack of specificity. The mental symptom of neurosyphilis, the diagnosis of laboratory tests and imaging and therapy were reviewed in this paper.
