Abstract:

A 73-year-old woman presented with scattered erythema and blisters, generalized hyperpigmentation on the body accompanied by itching for 1 year. Physical examination showed generalized funicular and whorled hyperpigmentation on her trunk. There were some bullae on the trunk and scattered papules or nodules on the extremities with inguinal lymph node enlargement. The eosinophil counts was 21.63×109/L. Pathological manifestation of blister was bullous pemphigoid. Her condition was relieved significantly after given glucocorsteroid and methotrexate with interferon-α.
