Abstract:

 Mortality of patients with severe pemphigus is high because patients suffered from long-term treatment, and system and skin infection. The early control of skin damage can heal the erosion, improve the cure rate and decrease mortality. Nursing care including active prevention and control of infections, wounds protection, pain relief, rational nutritional support, close observation of patients' conditions, skin and mucosa care and erosion surface, basic nursing, daily living care and psychological nursing, post-hospital guiding effectively promote the healing of the skin lesion, reduce complications and decrease mortality.
