Analysis of 32 cases with cutaneous horn

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics of 32 patients with cutaneous horns. Methods: The clinical and histopathological data of 32 patients with cutaneous horn was  analyzed retrospectively. Results: The lesions were located on head and neck in 24 cases, on the trunk in 2, on the arm in 2, on the leg in 4. Biopsy showed warts in 20 cases (62.5%),  keratosis in 5 (15.6%), precancerous lesions in 5 (15.7%), seborrheic follicular keratosis in one (3.1%), squamous cell carcinoma in one (3.1%). Conclusion: Cutaneous horns usually presented on the exposed area and most were benign lesions
