Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans: a case report

Abstract: A 51-year-old male presented with 3 years history of red patch on the trunk and arms. Physical examination showed Darier's sign of the patches on the trunk and arm, Histopathological examination showed infiltration of lymphocytes around capillaries in the papillary dermis. Toluidine blue stain demonstrated scattered mast cells mainly around the dilated vessels. The diagnosis of telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans was made.
