Clinicopathologic analysis of 4 cases with Kimura's disease located on maxillofacial

Abstract: The data of 4 patients (2 males and 2 females) with Kimura's disease (KD) was analyzed. The patients aged from 14 to 66 years old and the average age was 46.5 years old. The duration was from 1 to 20 years. All the 4 patients presented with a painless mass on the axillofacial, with itching. The level of immunoglobulin E is higher in all the 4 patients and eosinophils level is higher in 2 patients. Biopsy showed eosinophilic infiltration in all the 4 patients and typical lymphoid follicles in 3.
