Clear cell acanthoma: a case report

Abstract: A 59-year-old man presented with a brown, dome-shaped, solitary nodule on the abdomen for about 2 years. Histological examination revealed prominent acanthosis with large and pale keratinocytes, riching in intracellular glycogen, PAS (+). These histology fetures are in accordance with cell acanthoma. There was no recurrence after the lesion was removed.
