Cutaneous anthrax:3 cases report and literatures review

Abstract: Three cases with cutaneous anthrax are reported and related literatures are reviewed. Patient one was a75-years-old male presenting with swelling, blood blisters, necrosis and ulcers on the left hand after slaughtering a sheep. Case 2 (a 50year-old male) and 3 (a 48year-old female) was a couple. They presented with blister, hemophysallis, necrosis and erosion on the right hand and arm after touching a dead cattle. Bacillus anthraci was indentified in blister fluid of the three cases. The diagnosis of cutaneous anthrax was made. All the patients were treated and cured with penicillin with skin scars.
