Abstract: Objective: To detect the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D and IL-25 in the patients with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU). Methods: The levels of 25(OH) D and IL-25 were detected by electrochemiluminescence and ELISA respectively in 40 patients and 30 healthy controls. Results: The serum levels of 25(OH) D and IL-25 in the patients were 19.48±7.41 ng/mL and 124.59±19.32 pg/mL, while the levels of 25(OH) D and IL-25 were 23.23±6.43ng/mL and 107.33±14.5 in the healthy controls, with significant differences (Ps<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum 25 (OH) D and IL-25 may be associated with the pathogenesis of CSU.
