Abstract: [Abstract] The pathogen of tsutsugamushi disease is rickettsia tsutsugamushi. Rat is the common infection source. The epidemic of tsutsugamushi disease is seasonal and regional. Tsutsugamushi disease is not rare in some areas, There was no report in Hubei province before. Three cases in Hubei province are presented in this report.
