Granulomatous rosacea and erythema nodosum:a case report

Abstract: A 41- year-old female presented with facial papules for 6 months, and nodules on the lower extremities with tenderness for 20 days. The diagnosis of granulomatous rosacea and erythema nodosum was made according to the cilinical and biopsy featrues. The patient was treated with minocycline capsules, 100mg, twice a day, viaminate capsules 25mg, three times a day, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, 150mg three times a day, and topical tacrolimus?ointment. The lesions on the faces were alleviated and the nodules on the lower extremities were faded away after treatment for 2 weeks and the treatment ended after 2 months. The facial lesions recurred and aggravated after followed up for 5 months.
