Follicular helper T cells and related dermatoses

Abstract: Follicular helper T cells (Tfh cells) are distinguished from other CD4+T helper cells (Th cells). Tfh cells play an important role in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells and humoral immunity. Tfh cells were reported to play crucial roles in the autoimmune diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus, sjogren’s syndrome, allergic diseases and so on. Tfh cells and related disease is reviewed in this article.
