Abstract: A 41-year-old female presented with erythema, papules with itching on the trunk for half a year and aggravation for two months. Pathological examination of the lesion showed normal epidermis, a few lymphoid and mononuclear cells infiltration around the skin appendages on the superficial dermis, and no elastic fibrosis or necrosis. The diagnosis of erythema papulosa semicircularis recidivans was made. After oral epinastine hydrochloride and topical halometasone cream, the lesions subsided gradually.
