Abstract: A 64-year-old female presented with a red patch on the right side of her face for 43 years. She was misdiagnosed with discoid lupus erythematosus and treated with hormones and hydroxychloroquine, but the treatment was ineffective. The patient presented to our hospital, where fungal smear of the skin lesion was negative, T-SPOT and TST were positive. Histopathological examination of the lesion indicated granulomatous changes. Four months after receiving anti-tuberculosis treatment, the skin lesion improved. The patient is currently under follow-up.
