Abstract: Papuloerythroderma of Ofuji (PEO) is a rare skin disorder characterized by diffuse erythroderma composed of papules coalescing into plaques with sparing of skin folds. Currently, the main therapeutic modalities for PEO include glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, retinoids, and psoralen plus ultraviolet A (PUVA) therapy, among others, with suboptimal therapeutic efficacy. This paper reports a case of PEO successfully treated with dupilumab.
