Abstract: We reported two cases of cutaneous lymphadenoma (CL) and reviews the relevant literature. A total of 96 well-documented cases of CL were retrieved, among which 98% were acquired with no gender predilection. The average age and duration was 44.53±17.50 years, 6.47±7.79 years, respectively. CL lesions mainly involve the face and present with single papule or nodule, usually diameter ＜1 cm. Epithelial cell islands, lymphocyte infiltration, and connective tissue proliferative matrix are the main histopathological features of CL. Immunohistochemistry is helpful for differential diagnosis and identification of histological origin. Surgical resection is often used for treatment.
