Abstract: A 19-year-old male patient presented with a 3-year history of dissecting cellulitis of the scalp. Previous conventional therapies including antibiotics and acitretin administered at outside hospitals yielded unsatisfactory clinical responses. Following spesolimab treatment at our institution, erythema and swelling subsided on day 3, the abscesses decreased in size on day 7, and skin lesions showed marked improvement on day 30. The patient's quality of life improved significantly.
