摘要: 变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)是常见的T细胞介导的Ⅳ型超敏反应,主要分为三个阶段:致敏期、激发期和消退期。每个阶段所涉及到的细胞和分子作用不尽相同,都有可能成为治疗ACD新的靶点,本文对变应性接触性皮炎的免疫学机制新进展进行了综述。

关键词: 接触性皮炎, 半抗原, 模式识别受体, 树突状细胞, T淋巴细胞

Abstract: Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) is a common T cell-mediated type IV allergic reaction, which is mainly divided into three stages: sensitizing phase, irritating phase and regression phase. The cellular and molecular effects involved in each stage are different,which may become a new target for the treatment of ACD. The update of immunological mechanism of allergic contact dermatitis is reviewed in this paper.
