摘要: 近期研究表明肠道的生态失调与免疫反应的改变和特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis, AD)有关。通过总结AD和肠道菌群相关的实验和测序结果发现,肠道菌群通过免疫、代谢和神经内分泌途径对AD的发生发展有重要影响。本文就特应性皮炎与肠道微生物的相关性进行综述。

Abstract: Recent studies showed that the development of atopic dermatitis (AD) was associated with intestinal dysbiosis and changes in immune response. The experiments and sequencing related to AD and gut microbiome showed that the intestinal flora had an important impact on the occurrence and development of AD through the pathways of immunologic, metabolite and neuroendocrine. The correlation between atopic dermatitis and gut microbiome is reviewed in this paper.
