摘要： 患者，女，71岁。左胫前黑褐色结节5年。结合临床症状和组织病理检查，诊断为动脉瘤样纤维组织细胞瘤。给予手术完整切除治疗，随访至今未复发。

Abstract: A 71-year-old female presented with black-brown nodule on the left shin for 5 years. Combined with clinical symptoms and histopathological examination, a diagnosis of aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma was made. Complete surgical resection was given with no recurrence.
