羊痘二例

摘要： 报道2例人感染羊痘，通过临床及实验室经荧光PCR检测确诊。例1，女，55岁。有病羊接触史，左手无名指出现黄豆大感染性肉芽肿改变1个月，外阴多发疣状增生20天。例2，女，46岁。左手两个手指有红色结节伴触痛半月，发病前有病羊接触史。两例患者经PCR检测羊痘病毒DNA均阳性，经抗病毒及冷冻治疗后皮肤逐渐恢复正常。

Abstract: Two cases with orf were reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical and laboratory fluorescence PCR detection. Case one, a 55-year-old female, presented with soybean-sized infectious granuloma on her left fourth finger for 1 month and multiple verrucous lesions on the vulva for 20 days. Case two, a 46-year-old female, presented with red nodules with tenderness for half month. Both patients had a contact history with infected sheep and both were positive for orf virus DNA. The lesions were gradually subsided after antiviral drug and cryotherapy.
