羊痘疮一例

摘要： 患者，女，53岁。双上肢靶样丘疱疹15天。发病前5天被羊咬伤后手背出现丘疱疹，后发展为水疱、脓疱。给予夫西地酸和咪喹莫特乳膏外用，联合盐酸多西环素口服，局部夫西地酸乳膏预防及治疗继发感染，15天皮损完全消退。

Abstract: A 53-year-old female presented with purulent-appearing papule for 15 days. Five days after being bitten by infected sheep he had papules evolving to blisters or pustules on her upper limbs. The patient was treated with oral doxycycline hydrochloride and topical fusidic acid and imiquimod. The lesions disappeared completely after treatment for 15 days.
