摘要： 患者,女，30岁。右腹部及右下肢多发丘疹45天。结合临床和病理特点诊断为成人Blaschko皮炎。患者发病前曾注射新冠疫苗（发病前30天注射第一针、发病前15天注射第二针）。

Abstract: A 30-year-old female presented with multiple papules on right abdomen and right lower limb for 45 days. The diagnosis of adult Blaschkitis was made. He was vaccinated the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine one month before onset of illness and the second 15 days before onset of illness.
