摘要： 儿童过敏性紫癜是免疫复合物沉积的系统性小血管炎，可累及皮肤、胃肠道、肾脏和关节，因此，治疗方案也因累及的器官和严重程度而不同。本文针对不同类型过敏性紫癜的治疗方法的最新研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children is a systemic vasculitis with immune complex deposition. It involves skin, gastrointestinal tract, kidney and joint. The treatment varies according to the involvement of organs and severity of the disease. The update of the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children is reviewed.
