摘要： 患者，女，77岁。因左侧面部肿物3个月就诊。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤位于真皮内，累及皮下脂肪层，瘤细胞排列呈巢团状、弥漫片状，核大深染，异型、核分裂相易见，切缘可见肿瘤细胞。诊断为Merkel细胞癌。

Abstract: A 77-year-old female presented with red mass on the left cheek for three months. Histopathology revealed the tumor was located in the dermis, involving the subcutaneous fat layer. The dense tumor cells with deep-dyed big nucleolus, atypia and mitotic figures were arranged in nests. Tumor cells were seen at the incision margin. The diagnosis of Merkel-cell carcinoma was made.
