疥疮在反射式共聚焦显微镜下的特征分析

Characteristic profiles of scabies under reflectance confocal microscopy

摘要: 目的:明确疥疮在反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)检查中的图像特征。方法:对临床初步诊断为疥疮的患者进行RCM多层扫描,观察镜下特征。结果:共检测69例患者,RCM阳性病例共61例(88.4%)。在RCM可见疥螨、疥卵和粪球。61例患者中均发现粪球和隧道结构,27例发现粪球+疥螨,12例发现粪球+疥螨+疥卵,8例发现粪球+疥卵。结论:疥疮在RCM图像具有特异性,其中粪球和隧道结构易见。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the characteristics of scabies under reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM). Methods: The characteristic manifestation of scabies on the patients were observed under RCM. Results: Sixty-nine patients were examined and scabies or associated characteristics were identified in sixty one patients. Under RCM, the morphology, eggs and feces of scabies were found. The typical tunnel structure and feces were found in all 61 patients, feces+mite in 27, eggs+mites+feces in 12, eggs+feces in 8. Conclusion: The characteristics of scabies in RCM are specific and the most common structures are tunnel and feces.
