摘要: 血管生成(angiogenesis)是血管系统的一个重要分支,血管的生成发育参与某些生理与病理的发生发展。其复杂过程包含多种细胞因子、信号通路、基因调控等。本文就缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF- 1α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)以及Notch信号通路在血管生成中的关系及作用进行了综述。

Abstract: Angiogenesis is an important branch of vascular system, which plays an important role in physiology and pathology. The complex process of angiogenesis includes many kinds of cytokines, signal pathways, gene regulation. The relationship and role of hypoxia inducible factor-1 α (HIF-1 α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Notch signaling pathway in the angiogenesis are reviewed in this paper.
