摘要: 激光捕获显微切割技术(LCM)是一种直接从冰冻或石蜡包埋组织切片中获取靶细胞的新技术,该技术能从组织样本中分离出同质的细胞群体,从而提取高纯度的DNA、RNA和蛋白质。LCM技术在银屑病、白癜风、特应性皮炎等疾病的研究中,提供了一种提取细胞的方法,从而避免了培养细胞等传统提取细胞的手段带来的各种弊端。本文综述了激光捕获显微切割技术的原理、技术流程及其在银屑病、白癜风等皮肤疾病研究中应用。

Abstract: Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is a new technology that targets cells directly from frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue sections. High-purified of DNA, RNA and protein can be gained through homogenous cells extraction of LCM. LCM technology has been applied in the cell extraction of psoriasis, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis and avoids the disadvantages of traditional cell extraction methods. The principle, process and application of LCM technology in dermatology is reviewed in this paper.
