泛发型多核细胞血管组织细胞瘤一例

摘要： 患者，男，38岁。躯干、四肢起丘疹、结节1年。组织病理示：真皮浅中层血管增生，血管周围及胶原间可见少许多核巨细胞及淋巴细胞、组织细胞、浆细胞。免疫组织化学染色：CD68、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD20、CD79、CD30阳性，Ki-67<10%。诊断：泛发型多核细胞血管组织细胞瘤。

Abstract: A 38-year-old man presented with papules and nodules on his trunk and limbs for 1 year. The histopathological examination showed vascular proliferation, infiltration of multinucleate cells, lymphocytes, tissue cells, and plasma cells around blood vessels and between collagen. Immunohistochemical staining showed positive for CD68, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD79, CD30,  Ki-67<10%. The diagnosis of generalized multinucleate cell angiohistiocytoma was made.
