摘要： 鲜红斑痣（PWS）是一种常见的先天性血管性疾病，光动力在治疗PWS方面研究取得了较好的成效，尤其对大面积、紫红型及治疗抵抗型PWS起到了较为理想的疗效，但治疗后可出现疼痛、肿胀、渗出、结痂等不良反应。本文将综述并探讨现有光动力疗法在PWS治疗中的应用进展及优缺点，为PWS的治疗提供理论依据。

Abstract: Port-wine stain(PWS) is a congenital vascular malformation. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) has been used to treat PWS, especially for large areas, treatment-resistant and purple PWS. However, PDT still caused side effects such as pain, swelling, exudation, and scab. To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of PWS, this article reviewed the progress of PDT in the treatment of PWS and discussed its advantages and disadvantages.
