头部巨大溃疡性毛鞘癌一例

摘要： 患者,男，88岁。头顶部黑褐色皮肤肿物10年，增大伴破溃1年。患者头顶部可见一10.2 cm×7.1 cm肿物，形状不规则，界限清楚，边缘不规整并隆起呈瘤样增生，中央呈火山口状溃疡，底部凹凸不平。组织病理结果符合毛鞘癌改变。给予局部浸润麻醉下行皮肤肿物完整切除术，术后随访6 个月无复发。

Abstract: An 88-year-old male presented with a single dark-brown skin mass on the top of the head for 10 years, with enlargement and ulceration for 1 year. Physical examination showed a 10.2 cm×7.1 cm mass on the top of the head, with irregular shape, clear boundary, irregular edge and bulging nodular hyperplasia, crater ulcer in the center and uneven bottom. The histopathology features were in accordance with trichothecal carcinoma. The patient was treated with surgical excision, with no recurrence after 6-month follow up.
